Every run starts here, with $2,000 in your pocket and $2,000 on the uncle's books. Sneakers and rep sneakers are cheap, and the city pays for fireworks and luxury watches, both of which happen to be contraband. The bank and the Rich Uncle are both in New York, so this is where you deposit, pay him down, or borrow more. Los Angeles and London are a day away; Dubai, Tokyo, and Sydney are two. Josh Delgado runs a normal customs line and is always in a hurry, but a bag with watches in it slows him down: watches add 10 points to his stop chance. Sell them somewhere else, or declare.
